Are you in Sydney? It is Spring here, and I have the same, it is just pollen and dust from the winds. Take more than usual warm showers.

Go to the drug store and get some eyelid wipes and use them one a day.

Try an allergy eye drop and perhaps some allergy medication (lots of over the counter meds)

Some mint product could help this.

First off stop staring at your cell phone screen!

your cell phone screen might just be the cause of itchy eyes and a clogged nose I found out the hard way there is a common photosensitivity to a cell phone screen it gives you the symptoms of the flu for several hours.

Use your finger and dab a little apple cider vinegar around the sides of your closed eyes.

Dry off with a kleenex as you slowly open your eyes and let a little vinegar to your eyes.

Use your finger to dab a little tea tree oil up your nose.

Be ready with a kleenex when you have to sneeze.

Use the toilet brush to fix the clog, and use a spoon to gouge out your irritated eye.
