I think things will get better, but they will have to get worse first, maybe a lot worse. It could be that people are just starting to catch on to what we're up against, or it could be that they will start sometime in the future. I'm always reminded of Winston Churchill's quip: "Americans can always be counted on to do the right thing. But only after every alternative has failed." I can't say how long that will take.
I blame the Republicans, mostly, for our government being dysfunctional and inefficient. They are basically holding the government hostage. But I know, and they must know, that they will ultimately lose. White people are going to be outnumbered, and there's really nothing any politician can do about it, short of some version of Hitler's 'final solution'.
When whites are just another minority, everyone will get to vote. It will be a sea change in American politics. If you think things are good now, you probably don't like the idea. But you can't stop it!
And global warming may make this whole mega-event moot. 30 years from now the big problems could be widespread food shortages, droughts, wildfires, water damage to coastal cities, massive refugee populations, and tornadoes that will depopulate the Plains states.
