Does anyone know where I can buy hazelnut paste? Whole foods don’t have i called?

    I've only heard of chestnut puree, that you can get from some bespoke stores to use in cooking / baking.

    I guess you could blend them in a processor to make a paste.

    Here in the UK you can sometimes get Hazelnut butter. Go for the 100% stuff, usually next to the peanut butter! Failing that try a delicatessen, in the Italian section.
