It's a tie between the 70s and now. In the 70s, people were a little more open about their sexuality. The 70s even brought us disco (which is one of the worst genre of music and is closely associated with the LGBTQ community). This decade also kinda started the Aids scare...though that's more of an 80s thing I guess. As for today we have SJW snowflakes and feminist protesting about LGBTQ rights (especially for trans people) and brainwashing our kids into believing that there's billions of genders. I support the lgb community, but transgender people are strange, stubborn, overly sensitive wannabes. Also, we don't need dozens of new "gender neutral" pronouns just so people can feel special and more importantly we don't need to go around sexualising children

1970's till AIDS hit.. If men could just be more magnanimous with longer relationships AIDS would be a rare thing.

70s. Gays had solid communities at that point in select cities and there was lots of debauchery with those guys. NO protection.

The 70s were some of the most sexually liberated times. Other than the 2010s.

Before Reagan and Clinton wrote off if not attacked the gay community. Left em to die in the 80s and 90s.

You can't answer that. We don't know what will happen in the near future.

The 1970s due to the disco era. Disco music was very popular in the gay community.

2010s because it has seen major advancements in LGBT rights and social change.
