How would the other powers of the world react to a all out nuclear war between India and Pakistan over some incident in Kashmir?

They would react with shock. I don't think any other nation, big or small, would want to pick a side and get involved, except perhaps for enormous emergency diplomatic efforts to prevent more nuclear explosions. I think they'd probably end up with all the major nations paying huge bribes to both India and Pakistan. In the guise of 'foreign aid' or 'development aid' or 'humanitarian aid'.

Hopefully they would do what they can do aid the survivors and protect the environment enough for life to survive on some of the planet.

  Have you ever seen pictures of Kashmir? It's really a beautiful place! Enormous tourism potential, once they can decide who it belongs to.
