Why does Wikipedia list Creationism as creation myth?
Wikipedia says, ""Creationism" can also refer to creation myths, or to an unrelated concept about the origin of the soul."

Creationism is currently labeled a myth because it's not en vogue. The truth is that Creationism (like evolution) is an attempt to explain the origins of the universe. Since no one currently alive was there when the universe started, all theories to explain how we got here are just theories. The only reason creationism is considered a "myth" is because it requires a super-natural explanation. This is something that modern science has tried to distance itself from, but is failing. Especially when you look at the Multiverse theory and other theories that posit an external factor to our universe that created the universe. Saying "external factor" is just a fancy way of saying supernatural.

Liberal atheism should explain it. If not, try religious bigotry.

Magical creationism is obviously a myth. That's not how the world works. We have something called "Evolution by natural selection". A god fairy had absolutely nothing to do with the development of new species.

Because it is not a scientific fact, not based on any evidence (the Bible is not evidence).

Selective quoting to distort what has been written reveals your dishonesty and bankruptcy of thought and character.
And it proclaims stupidity.

Myth - noun - a traditional story, especially one concerning the early history of a people or explaining some natural or social phenomenon, and typically involving supernatural beings or events.
Does it not fit the definition? Does this defintion of "myth" mention that it's fake, a lie, or untrue in any way in order to qualify as a myth?
