did stephen king write the 'it' sequal or was it totally the work of other writers?

    The two movies are based upon the one book by King. The first half of the novel takes place when the characters are kids. The second half takes place 30 years later. It was divided into two movies. The screenplays for both movies were by Gary Dauberman.
