Chemistry help! A metal sample with a mass of 29.436g is added to 22.9mL of water in a graduated cylinder. The water rises to 26.2mL.?

Calculate the density of the metal to the appropriate number of significant figures.

This is what I have so far.

D=M/V. d=29.436g(26.2-22.9). I'm not sure if I am doing this right.
