So I got this guy banned om Instagram a while back for harassment and bullying me and others?

This dude was harrasing me ane and my friends, trash talking, and using very harsh language. I then reported him and got him banned. Now he is making multiple accounts, reporting my account and my posts. I can't find a way to contact Instagram to help me so this is my final hope. How can I stop this guy or atleast try to?

Yep. That's what happens when you do that. Accounts are free, IP addresses changeable and there is no way to really ban anyone.
