Is an apple good to eat after 6 or 7 at night?

Why not? It has been said that “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” So if you want to “keep the doctor away,” then try eating an apple each day!

As per studies, you should eat an apple in the morning hours. This is because apples are rich in dietary fiber, pectin, which is found in its peel. Since most people have digestive issues due to improper sleep or late eating habits, apples right in the morning, after waking up is a good idea.

Why wouldn't it be? Many people eat full meals much later than that. My husband and I do. We never eat dinner earlier than 7.
Apples are healthy foods. And it really doesn't matter what time of day you consume calories.
