You want x where 3ˣ = 2

xlog(3) = log(2)

(where log can be in any base providing it's the same on both sides)

So using log base 10 gives:

x = log(2)/log(3) ≈ 0.631

There is only one possible value. It's an irrational value, about 0.63092975...
