    NO, but you can experience severe pain and excessive bleeding. If there is any question about what's happening to you, speak with your doctor immediately. Ectopic pregnancies are life threatening because the fallopian tube can burst, so if you cannot get in contact with your doctor and you are experiencing symptoms, go to the ER immediately.
