When I eat frozen chicken breast, I wake up the next morning and my hand smells different/funky. Wtf? I wash my hands before bed, WTF?

I eat frozen chicken breast. I prepare it, then wash my hands before eating. I cook with utensils and try to try to not touch the raw chicken as much as possible. Wtf is going on? I haven't found anything on google!!

Try adding freshly squeezed lemon juice in your hand washing regimen. It’s often incorporated in foodservice when prepping quantities of chicken, garlic, onion,or fish for that reason

Have you cooked with a coating / seasoning / sauce?

Some of these could stay on your fingers / skin even after washing.

When I've had a saucy / spicy dish, its still noticable a day or two later, after I've washed several times.
