Without knowing what's being tested for and why you had the differential, it's impossible to know what it actually means.
It appears, based on that very limited information, that your lymphocyte count is slightly low. (It's usually between 1 and 3, so .8 is a hair low.) Usually it means nothing -- our blood counts do vary, and most often it's due to a recent infection. Rarely it can be seen in other, rare and/or serious disorders, but again, without knowing what symptoms led to the test, or if it was just part of a routine check--up, impossible to say what it might mean for YOU.
