It indicates that you should wait for the doctor to tell you what the results mean. No one here is a doctor or familiar enough with your medical history to tell you for certain what it could mean in your case. Grow up and stop looking for drama. If it were anything urgent they would have called you in right away. I really wish you people would grow up and start acting like mature adults.

Without knowing what's being tested for and why you had the differential, it's impossible to know what it actually means.

It appears, based on that very limited information, that your lymphocyte count is slightly low. (It's usually between 1 and 3, so .8 is a hair low.) Usually it means nothing -- our blood counts do vary, and most often it's due to a recent infection. Rarely it can be seen in other, rare and/or serious disorders, but again, without knowing what symptoms led to the test, or if it was just part of a routine check--up, impossible to say what it might mean for YOU.

You know that you need to be asking your doctor that. I really don’t know why you asked that here.
