Libertarians want as small of a government as possible, virtually all federal agencies abolished, deregulation, free reign for those at the top of the heap.

Conservatives....well, the meaning of that word has changed, tinged by religious right type nonsense, but Republicans used to stand for smaller government, fiscal responsibility, more state rights...nothing to do with the bs bandied about today.

"Liberal policies generally emphasize the need for the government to solve problems. Conservatives believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense."

Libertarians are libertards. They want open borders and gun control, limit free speech and religeon. Not far off from libs.

As soon as I found out libertarians want to protect illegals I said screw them.

Libertards also welcome outside Government influence and controlling the nation .

Anyone for open borders is very naive and stupid.

    I'm a Conservative-leaning Libertarian.

We tend to be more about individual freedom and less government.

Libertarians believe in individual liberty, personal responsibility, and free and open markets while conservatives just pretend to.

Libertarians believe in open borders. They don't believe in state sponsored welfare. Trouble is, welfare is just a fact of life, and illegal aliens pour over the border and help themselves to it. So currently libertarians are for citizens being robbed.

Libertarianism is the antithesis of government control and intervention. Libertarians believe in liberty from external constraint, not government control. Conservatives, on the other hand, are pro-government interference.

Libertarians throw milkshakes and conservatives drink them.
