Is it fleece? You can make toys for tiny dogs (4-8 pounds tiny.) It's hard to buy toys for dogs that small.

Knotted fleece makes good fetch toys

    Braided fleece makes great tug-toys

i was thinkingof maybe using shredded fabrics in building construction or making furnitures for everyday use other than crafts and toys.. we produce lots of different fabric scraps that will most likely end up as garbage.. i'm hoping someone out there has come up with a solution to this problem.

Unless you are going to devote time and money and effort into making quilts or doll clothes, throw them out.

Some thrift stores will take fabric and stain clothes. They shred it up and sell it by the pound
