I want to lose weight. Any help on how much I can lose by the end of this year.?

I’m 5 foot 4’. 20 year old girl. I weight 11.3 stones. I want to lose weight from everywhere; arms, belly fat ( it’s bloated), face fat including chin fat and legs.

    You can safely lose around 2lbs/week without any harmful side effects. Change your diet and get active.

    Healthy Diet = 80% of the equation

    Exercise = 20% of the equation.
