Is this true about people now? not 50 years ago?

"you cannot fix someone who is broken".... meaning a person with a bad attitude. Especially women.....

Is it true? got any real life experience?

Update:

a male adult view.... with 15 years of experience working with people....

I am 70-years-old. Yes, it is still true about people today as it was when I was in my teens

It’s not specific to gender, but yes most peoples’ personalities are pretty fixed by around 25 and they’re unlikely to change (even if they want to). This has always been the case.
