    There are many recipes online for pizza dough. I cheat a bit and use a bread maker to hurry along the proofing process. It kneads and holds the dough at a proper temperature to rise. It's done in 90 minutes instead of hours.

    The real key is to not cheap out on the ingredients, especially the cheese.
