How to increase vert jump?

I’m a freshman and not too sure about my height and lately I’ve been wanting to dunk after losing 13lbs.

So any tips???

I can jump pretty high but not high enough to fully dunk a ball

    Jump rope, squats, leg press, lunges with weights (will strengthen quads and hamstrings), calf raises. But make sure to stretch well after each of these exercises to prevent an injury.
