What could be the negative effects on the future if someone from an elite family never gets married, & refuses 2 reproduce without marriage?

We are talking about someone who is clearly smarter, taller, more attractive than the rest, even scored a perfect score on his standardized test once across all subjects

For humanity, not much. For his family it would be fairly tragic I imagine. Most people want their family lineage to carry on. It's made it this far. If the family has no other children then the parents will get old without grandkids. Grandkids usually being great happiness. The son can lead a happy life but in older age he may regret not raising a couple kids to pass on his ideas, and belongings too. Plus more company when you are really old. If you don't spoil them to the point they are self interested and entitled.

If every good quality person didn't breed then the future would be a little less bright. If a few do, it's negligible

Elite families have more than one child for a reason

I doubt that would effect "the future" of anyone accept him.

Probably none as childless wealthy people tend to give their money to worthwhile causes when they die. There is this concept of "only stupid people are breeding", but this is large scale schematics and one or two highly educated individuals choosing not to reproduce doesn't really skew the overall stats that much (especially since most reproduction takes place in developing nations).

I don’t really see why anyone would care about someone else’s personal life to this level.

No negative effects. There are others like this so-called "special" one. You are not unique.
