How hard is it to get a job with an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering?

I'm 32. I have a BA in physics. If I have a BA in aerospace engineering from a state school in California (e.g. USC) by age 35 or 36, how hard will it be for me to get a job? Will I need to get a masters?

OBTAIN A MASTER DEGREE IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR YOU TO OBTAIN JOB.

BA IS " BACHELOR OF ART " FOR ARTS FIELD, NOT FOR PHYSIC AND ANY ENGINEERING !

It's hard to get any job unless you are the perfect candidate and can prove it or unless you know someone.
