Nothing prevents or cures cancer in a sense that you're asking. There are a few fruits that have antioxidants that contribute to growing white blood cells to fight diseases (some cancer cells in rare occasions), fruits with higher acidity levels like grapefruits, oranges, lemons. Low acidity level fruits with higher antioxidants are berries. Tropical fruits like mangos, pineapples, bananas, plums, peaches, aren't a good source of fruits, because they contain high levels of sugars that may provoke cancer fighting cells.
