How do I change a PDF file so that I can print it?
I can read it but I can't print it.

How is it you can read but not print? The only type of what went wrong must be with the printer. Keep going until you actually get an error to help grasp what's wrong. If no error it means gone to a "printing device" that going nowhere, otherwise, in Linux talk, it is going to /dev/null.

Check your printer set-up. Btw what message it shows?

When you say you can't print it, do you mean you get errors when you try? If so, you need to state the error
Or are you saying the printer icon for "print" is grayed out? If this, then the owner of the document has set it up to prevent printing because they do not want it printed. You could always take a screenshot of the information and then print the screenshots.

There is nothing in a PDF that will keep you from printing it. Check your printer and see if you can print a Word Document or a Picture.
Open the PDF and on your keyboard press CTRL+P.
