stop presuming, ask to see the ingredient list, I'll bet you stop eating half the so-called food ! it's mostly processed, chemicals, preservatives, antibiotics which put on weight , don't believe me, do a search for weight gain and antibiotics and read all about it, why do you think so many people are depressed, anxious, and more ?
