I reported three times to the supermarket concerned (their trollies) that I'd seen 3 of them in the river, 2 weeks later they were still there. I then reported them to the local council, 2 weeks later they were still there. FF 3 months, THEY'RE STILL THERE. ;-(

No, because I live in a sanctuary city, and unfortunately the homeless camps have taken over. It stinks like human waste, and it's scary to go to the river, now. Could get robbed, or worse, step on an AIDS infected needle.
