When a 60 year old woman rudely pushes in front of you ( a 30 year old guy) without any acknowledgement, should you say “ you’re welcome”?

Or something similar? Often they expect you to stop as they walk in front, but don’t even give a nod.

Thats what I usually do, And if nothing else, they usually stop and turn to look at you, even if you dont get an apology, You've made them 'think'.

Depends on the situation, I have no problems pointing out that I'm ahead of them.

You should ignore it, and realize that it's the other person, and has nothing to do with you.
