Call a dry cleaner's. They should be able to tell you what to use, depending on the type of paint.

After trying some of these suggestions people are giving you, you may find some paint residue still left in the fabric of your black jeans. In which case, take a black permanent magic marker and color over the white paint to conceal it. After several washings, you may have to repeat the black magic marker, but at least you will save your jeans to be worn again.

I did this and it really does work.

Dab some Lestoil on the paint, let it soak a bit, then wash it by hand. Lestoil may be hard to find depending on where you live, but can be purchased online.

Used green scrubby pad or steel wool and get as much of the paint off as you possibly can you probably won't get it all off. But when you get as much paint off as you possibly can find yourself a black permanent marker and use it to dye the area that the white paint got on it won't make it far less obvious.
