My Volkswagen Jetta 2012 Was making noises when I turned?

I refilled the power steering reservoir and it no longer makes noises when I drive. When I stay in place and turn I do hear a noise is that because I’m in place or do I need to get it looked at

It sounds like you've got one or both of your CV joints going out. The CV joints are what make front-wheel-drive possible as they are what is turned by the transmission and engine and at the same time can turn back and forth allowing you to also steer. When you hear clicking when you turn the wheel while the car is in motion, particularly when accelerating and turning at the same time, then that is the sound of your CV joints going out.
