Is it normal for adults to be tired all the time?

I'm 30 years old; and I'm already burned out.

Your diet might not be that great and you may not be getting a good nights sleep (8 hours or so).

Believe it or not, unhealthy processed foods and sugars take a toll on our bodies.

A person can have greater fervor by way of having true devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

  • It is not normal tiredness, although, you have not worked much, can be caused by low pressure, it is better to control the pressure, consider ideal a pressure of 115-120 mmHg for maximum (or systolic) and 75-80 mmHg for minimum (or diastolic).

It depends on a lot of things. It could be bad diet and lack of exercise. Take vitamins, eat well and exercise regularly.
