What do you think of Kuznetsov's IIHF ban and the policy of allowing NHL players to use cocaine?

Update:

I think the Caps' biggest concern would be that he gets fentanyl in his coke and drops dead.

That's an issue the NHL will have to address at some point, although Kuznetsov is hardly the only player who uses cocaine. He was just caught, first in a room where it was on a table near him. (And yeah, it's plausible that he was not using it but was with people who were.) Then he was caught having used it.

The NHL considers this a drug of abuse as opposed to a performance-enhancing drug. It will recommend the player go into treatment.

That said, if he was indeed using cocaine during the season, it might explain why his performance fell off a freaking cliff.

I think Evgeny Kuznetsov ought to think about his choices. What the heck was he doing smoking crack cocaine while he played for the IIHF?!? Kuznetsov could've killed someone while under the influence of crack, and so he should be banned for life.
