Should all School Headmasters/Principles be accountable for poor exam results at their Schools,and the position of their job reviewed?

    No. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

    If all you have on your intake is dumbfucks, it is not the school's fault.

    No. Poor grades are on the shoulders of the students that received them. It's their own fault they aren't learning or retaining info properly.
