Police suggestion to stop dangerous drivers? Is this a good idea or not? Why or why not? When a driver is dangerously driving and won't?

stop, could there be a way to spray his front windshield so the driver can not see easily, causing him to stop. Some type of spray that the windshield wipers can not clear off? I feel this could save lives, and it could catch these criminals. What do you think? Of course, this question is not for criminals who try to escape the law.

The net-like device that grabs the rear tire and gets it tangled and unable to turn is a good idea.

This would not save lives. It would not force them to stop safety. It would force them to crash. There would be more deaths.

Now that's a good idea. Spray the windshield so the driver can't see. Not only is it dangerous for the suspect but also innocent drivers. It's disturbing that you'd even have to ask this question.

You would be unable to completely cover the windshield 99% of the time. The driver would still be able to see, but not as good. That would make him more dangerous.

If he crashes, you would be partially liable for creating the unsafe condition.

think this through.... the driver is driving dangerous in the fast lane on a busy road.. his windscreen is sprayed... he can't see... he is doing 80 miles an hour... he stops suddenly causing cars to pile up behind him... or he swerves across other lanes causing more chaos … that makes a dangerous situation even more dangerous

how do you determine when that should happen?

Yeah. That makes sense. Someone is already driving dangerously and too fast. The BEST thing we can do is blind them too so they can't see where they're going.

Lol, you think that's going to make him stop? All that's going to accomplish is him crashing into some other cars lol.
