It's never been tried but experiments have been done on monkeys. If it was attempted, the placenta would best implant in the greater omentum and obviously the baby would have to be born by C-section. There's apparently a problem with limiting the growth of the placenta or its removal post-partum.

Watch "the Danish Girl". It was tried, and failed decades ago.

No. Never. Implanting a uterus is never going to work b/c they don't have the rest of the organs or skeletal structure (pelvis) to hold it in place, let alone the capacity to grow the fetus--their cells still have male DNA!!!! It is impossible and anyone who tells you otherwise 1) doesn't remotely understand biology, and/or 2) is crazy.

No, but the more psychotic among them pretend to get pregnant, buy prosthetic "baby bumps," and then pretend to lose the baby.

So if you see a pregnant man dressed as a woman, he's probably a tranny.

Actually, the technology exists, but does not get discussed much. They debated it in 1994 when the movie Junior was released.

It certainly would not be a normal pregnancy and birth would be by Caesarean. It would be dangerous for both the fetus and "mother". It is only speculated and considered theoretically possible, but ill-advised.

The other way occurred once. Born female, transgender male, got pregnant and gave birth.

That "technology" is extremely similar to the uterus transplants successfully performed for natal women. It is closer too happening than which ever version of Clones has posted above, thinks. I would not be at all surprised if it hasn't already happened.

    No.

We simply don't have the technology yet to give trans people gender appropriate reproductive organs.

For trans women this means no periods, pregnancy or childbirth.

I don't think that is possible. So, no.
