When ever our body is stressed out, it releases Endorphins that circulate in your blood and affects all 10 systems.

When you hear of a "runner's high", that means they've ran far enough to release Endorphins.

Sometimes. I think the crying for me just distracts me from the pain so it makes it "disappear". For me, not focusing or acknowledging the pain makes it more bearable but that is hard to do for some

Ridiculous. Maybe you were able to ignore them, but emotions cannot start or stop menstrual cramps.
