If I get disability (SSDI) and I get a check for my child can their other parent still claim them on taxes?

If the other parent is paying child support, then yes.

If the child lives with you more than 6 months of the year, no unless you sign a Form 8332 to allow the other parent to claim. If you have no taxable income you may want to do that.
