Why am I getting back to eating more, spaced out meals of heavy fiber, protein fruit, good cholesterol (cucumber, tomato, almond, onion, olive oil--salad; kind bar; peanut butter, whole wheat) and running, hydrating (and feeling good otherwise), but defacating far less? Before it was at Least 2... show more (GROSS QUESTION!) Why am I getting back to eating more, spaced out meals of heavy fiber, protein fruit, good cholesterol (cucumber, tomato, almond, onion, olive oil--salad; kind bar; peanut butter, whole wheat) and running, hydrating (and feeling good otherwise), but defacating far less? Before it was at Least 2 times a day, I didn't go at all yesterday?
Update: I didn't defecate At all yesterday, my normal is 4-2..At all...
