    Hamburgers , omelettes, spaghetti sauce , salads

    It does also matter what type of mushrooms

    Portobello mushrooms I soak in olive oil then put in a filling into the mushroom like flavoured cheese or crap dip . I then bake them .

    Steak, chicken, pork, pasta, stir-fried vegetables, pizza, eggs/omelets .. and sometimes on fish (that would be as part of a cream sauce).

    Get a whole portobello mushroom of good size and crack off the stem. Take out the gills or not and dose with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill it till it's tender and then treat like any other cheeseburger. Good stuff.

    When I do a home cooked stir fry I guess. I put them in my veg stews, I have them on a pizza, I eat them raw. ;-)

    Sometimes, I eat them just by themselves, sauteed. And I love mushrooms on pizza
