cat has a large hard lump in her long hair where she poops, she won’t let me touch it to clean it,she is not friendly at groomer what to do?

    It's matted fur. Or stuck poop. Either way, it's pulling on her fur in a sensitive area. You may have to just gently restrain her while you cut it off.

    You may have to take her to a vet to sedate her, then cut off the lump.

    She may need to be sedated if she's not able to be safely restrained for grooming. The "lump" is probably pulling at her fur and painful when manipulated. The best course of action (normally) is to use clippers to shave off the matted area.

    While you're at it, you may want to have routine bloodwork done to make sure everything is functioning the way it should be. Most cats are meticulous groomers when they're healthy. When they start slacking, it can be a sign that something is seriously wrong.
