How do I get rid of the skinny fat look?
I'm a 20 year old female that is 5'10 and weigh around 115llbs. I've been going to the gym and I've noticed some muscle on my legs and arms but my stomach still pokes out and I got some chin fat I want to get rid of also. What sort of diet should I follow and what sort of exercises? Thank you.

You're already seriously underweight for your height. It sounds like you need counselling. Woman's stomachs are not supposed to be bone flat; a lot of what you see in magazines is added to by air brushing. The rest have a combo of genes and personal trainers. Some people will NEVER have a flat stomach because of their anatomy. Same with 'chin fat.' If you have a round face or weak chin, you will look like you have more skin there.

Eat healthy. See a Nutritionist or Physician to go over eating choices.
