Do all ant species have stingers?
Or only most/some?

All ants do have stingers, like bees and wasps. Some only use that as an ovipositor in males, usually too soft to pierce skin. Male carpenter ants don't sting.
They can be thought of as wingless wasps and like bees, sterile female workers do sting in defense.
Ants are also venomous, how many are predators of other arthropods, In fact, the most lethal bug on the planet is a harvester ant native to Arizona USA.
Ants have a social hierarchy that is incredible with possible millions in a colony.
The most numerous animal on earth, their total mass far exceeds the total mass of all humans.
Fascinating little critters.
