I have an Aerated Bucket can i use it to transport small aquarium fish down the street to my new apartment?

    Yes, it's fine; but as @paul says, there's more important issues.

    1.take as much old water as possible

    2. Keep filter materials dirty and wet so you don't lose the beneficial bacteria in them

    3. Match water temperature

    You don't need an aerated bucket to transfer the fish. You can use a regular bucket, or even a plastic bag. The more important thing to worry about is the water conditions of the tank you're transferring them to.

    People ship fish in plastic bags all the time. No aeration needed unless it's going to be longer than a few days.
