Some one needs to borrow the money to rent/buy the building and rent or buy the equipment, rent or buy vehicles, pay insurance and make payroll until the company starts making more money than it costs to run. This can be as long as 3 years starting from scratch with no customers. It really is a lot easier to show up on time, do what you're told and go home when the whistle blows. Thank heaven there are people with the guts to go into debt and take huge risks so strong backs can make a living. When the "more equal" pigs decide the capitalists are too rich and want some of that gold, the risk outweighs the benefit and businesses leave or close.

It is not working yourself that malkes you rich is having other people working for you (possibly without r direct emotional involvement) that makes you rich spend r time for getting this possible

It means that a man who is working hard like digging a ditch does not have time to also run a counterfeit printing press.

You don't make money by working hard. In fact the richest people don't need to work at all.

Ultimately you either have some intellectual property to sell so you get rich doing nothing,

or you control others who do the work and get paid.

It is THEIR work that creates the wealth. But YOU get the greatest share of the wealth created.

Don't get me wrong. A really good organizer can get a team to work together so everyone gets more. That organizer actually earns their money.

It's a variation of "You earn a living but you make a fortune".

More prosaically, if you are paid an hourly rate there is an absolute limit to how much money you can ever earn, whereas if you have something to sell you can sell it to a huge amount of people.

You can't make a ot of money by simply working extremely hard.

You need to be shrewder - e.g. get other people to work and make money for you, or get paid a lot for little work (e.g. banker).

Perhaps because he is only using his body, but not his mind to make the most money.
