How to drop time on 100 yard breastroke?

I am heading into senior year in high school and I go about 1:08. I started swimming my freshman year and only do high school, no club or summer league. I started swimming my freshman year and only do high school, no club or summer league. The season is coming up in a few months and I would like some advice on how to drop time. 1:02 is the state cut and I would love to get that but it’s also a 6 second drop. What can I improve that would make the most difference. My 50 time is around 30 seconds, but I always get fatigued in the second 50 of the race. Any specific exercises or anything? Thanks guys.
