My memory sucks, what do I do?

Hi, I'm a 20 year old Male and I can't remember all sorts of things, especially short term things. It frustrates and scares me that I can't remember even simple stuff. What am I doing wrong? Why is this happening to me? What can I do to stop this?

Well as your still completing adolescence

That ends at 25 for blokes, you will no doubt

Find this short term memory becomes

Complete and better each day closer to 25

You get, and you can train it also with

Mnemonics and brain training apps that go

    On your mobile, ok.

    Thanks

    Very Best Wishes

Might be good to cut back on the cannabis. Try no more than 3 times a month for while and see if it doesn't get better. Worked for me.

    Just forget about it .)

Slightly more seriously: train your mind if possible. Explore different ways to learn (some people can not learn from text and require conversation - myself included),

If problem persists consult your physician this might be symptom of more serious problem.
