Assuming you and your wife are reliable and free of any STD then it is not necessary to use a comdom for oral sex. However, you should ALWAYS use a condom when giving anal sex as STDs are not the only bugs you can acquire from the anus and bowel. A condom also prevents you getting any **** on your penos and, after it is carefully removed, you could safely have oral sex too.

If you know or suspect yourself to be infected, you would use condoms until you see your doctor and have STIs ruled out or treated.

If you don't trust your wife -- why are you married.

If both of you are STD-free, completely monogamous, and don't share dirty needles with infected drug addicts, there is little chance of getting a sexually transmitted disease.
