Would Champagne Super Toner (from Bleach London) work on naturally white hair without using the peroxide developer that comes with the kit?

The developer is what makes it work. You can add the toner to your hair but it won't do much of anything because it doesn't have the developer in it.

  • Toner is meant to reduce brassiness in bleached hair. Unless your hair has gone yellow or orange, it's not going to work.

its a specific product not a general toner - its meant to add champagne tones - I was just asking if that would work on my white hair without using the developer, just the colourant
