What vegetables and/or meat can I put in frittata?

I’m on the gaps diet and in a book there is a frittata recipe that gives a choice. I was wondering what meat or vegetables I can use because I made a spinach and mushroom and was wondering what other one I can make?

Onion, potato, roasted red peppers, sausage, and ham are great fillings for frittata

Any veg would work, you just got to find your favourite. Try capsicum, slice it up, cook it for a minute or two before adding the egg. It's a nice combo, don't forget salt either.

Any food item that you've already cooked and have left overs of can be cut up, (if necessary), and reheated and then add the eggs to it. So really, what ever meat or veg you like can be used.
