He is making land.. undersea volcanos, and those like in Hawaii. are always erupting and emitting volcanic rock that cools as it touches water, thereby making new islands and land.. Hawaii is growing due to the lava flows that go out into the ocean

We have land. What it needs is habitability.

God is making humans and He is making land. People are still having babies and plate tectonics is alive and well. California is not going to fall into the ocean. Earthquake are one way that land is made. Another is volcanoes.

Yes, of course! But only beyond the ice barrier of the "South" Pole, which is in fact the current known border of our flat earth.

Land on earth is constantly being destroyed and made. Mountains are being pushed up even as we speak, and being eroded away, just too slow for you to see. New islands are forming in the mouths and deltas of rivers. Hawaii is being enlarged by lava flows. And islands in the oceans are disappearing because of the oceans rising (not entirely nature's fault).

I read an article years ago about a woman who claimed a new island in Louisiana. The Mississippi was slowly forming a new island from silt. The river picks up silt as it moves and drops it when its velocity slows down as it enters the Gulf of Mexico. So she saw this island being formed little by little and watched it for several years, until it was big enough that she could legally claim it as a homestead! How'd you like to have your own island in the Mississippi Delta? Yeah, me neither.

New lands are rising out of the ocean still. We are utilizing these to perform science experiments on them, and they are banned from approach by humans I believe because we want to see them and how they flourish without human involvement.

He is making a New Earth and a New Jerusalem and many mansions for when he comes back to judge the world and destroy this Old Earth and the stars and planets. Thanks for the question.
