Will I get toned muscles if I have a SMALL calorie deficit, eat lots of protein, and workout?
I’ve built some muscle. I want to continue to do that, but I also want to start to trim extra body fat.

Yes. Limit the calorie intake to 1500 a day and maybe a cheat day a week I lost 10 pounds in a month and a half from that.
